Mimosa cake pastry cream
Ingredients
- Freshwholemilk 500 g
- Egg yolks 120 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Gelatin 200 Bloom 8g
- Cornstarch 45 g
- Vanilla and lemon peel
Description
- Bring the milk to a boil with the flavors
- Pour over the yolks mixed with the sugar and cornstarch
- Bring to cooking
- Add the re-hydrated gelatine
- Let cool quickly and fill the cake.
