Site and object profile

We are looking for new sites county-wide. They must meet the following prerequisites:

• Catchment area of approx. 25 km with more than 100,000 residents
• Late emigrant rate of approx. 8-11%
• Preferred sites: densely populated quarters with a high late emigrant rate or sites in direct proximity to trading centres with a DIY store or furniture store, fast food restaurant, food discounter or shopping centre, textile discounter
• Unlimited approval for a food store
• 450—1200 m² level ground-floor sales area
• Approx. 30 parking places upwards (preferred on street level)
• Good connection to a motorway or to main traffic roads
• "Stand-Alone" objects are preferred.
